How it Works
Our typical coaching programmes at CT are 3 months long as we believe this will yield the best results for you.
The focus of these sessions will be on your Personal development for the purpose of developing your Career or transitioning your Career.
Each session aims to ensure alignment with your Personal Goals.
Each Coaching Session starts before you meet with your coach
Your coach will send you a message asking you to write down a few things that you will discuss during the session, including Achievements, little and big wins, happy times since the last session
Your Session will be at an agreed time and will involve a Goal for the session and a Strategy for achieving the goal.
It is not uncommon to embark on some guided visualisation exercises and some psycho-physical exercises.
Your sessions are expected to be intense, so do make sure you are in a comfortable location with little distractions
Evaluating the success of the sessions are critical to realising the benefits of coaching.
The final sessions provide an opportunity to discuss the results achieved. Many clients will be transformed within a few weeks of starting the program and may not even remember where they started. There will be an opportunity to discuss progress of the sessions
